City of Wasilla issued the following announcement on March 4.
The public may choose to participate in the Council Meeting as follows:
• In-Person Attendance and Testimony: It is recommended attendees wear a face-covering at the meeting and observe the CDC suggested guidelines by maintaining 6 feet between themselves and non-household members. (Authority: Mayoral Directive COVID-19 Update 18)
• Written Testimony: Written comments are due by noon on the day of the meeting. Submit written comments to: clerk@ci.wasilla.ak.us or deliver them to the Clerk's Office, 290 E Herning Avenue, Wasilla. Written comments received will be distributed in written form only.
• Watch the Meeting Live: Council meetings are live-streamed at: cityofwasilla.civicweb.net.
