Matanuska-Susitna Borough issued the following announcement on March 18.
Loose animal spotted? Animal Care Concerns?
Animal Care requests are the newest addition to the Borough’s Problem Reporter application.
Citizens may now submit Animal Care requests from a personal computer or mobile device.
Once submitted, Animal Care staff will use a dashboard to review, prioritize, and resolve issues.
Note – Animal Care staff will review and respond within normal business hours, if the request is an emergency, please call 911.
