Travel Alaska issued the following announcement on April 3.
Fun fact: a full-grown moose can weigh up to 1,600 pounds and stand six feet tall. While you’re visiting, you can spot moose in most regions of Alaska, whether trotting along the side of a road or at places like the Alaska Wildlife Conservation Center.
