The Wasilla City Council will take public testimony on the item(s) listed below during its April 25, 2022, Regular City Council Meeting. The meeting is scheduled to begin at 6:00 p.m. at Wasilla City Hall, Council Chambers, 290 E Herning Avenue, Wasilla, Alaska. Public testimony is limited to 3-minutes per person.
Ordinance Serial No. 22-10: Amending Wasilla Municipal Code Chapter 2.56, Disaster Emergency Planning, By Adopting Section 2.56.130, Waiver Of Fees, Allowing City Council To Grant The Mayor Authority To Reduce Or Waive Permit And Application Fees Arising From A Disaster Emergency For Up To One Year After The Expiration Of Such An Emergency.
Ordinance Serial No. 22-11: Amending The Fiscal Year 2022 Budget By Appropriating $200,000 Within The Vehicle Fund, Wasilla Police Department, Patrol Division For The Purchase Of 2023 Police Package Chevrolet Tahoes.
Ordinance Serial No. 22-22: Providing For The Adoption Of The Annual Budget For Fiscal Year 2023 And Appropriating Funds To Carry Out Said Budget. (Second Public Hearing April 27, 2022)
Options for Providing Testimony at the Public Hearing
