HUNTERS – Hunting season in Alaska is coming up fast. Those planning on hunting this season must have purchased hunting licenses through the Alaska Department of Fish and Game. State identification, hunting licenses, and other documentation specific to hunts like harvest tickets, permits, locking tags, and duck stamps must be carried and presented to enforcement if requested. The Alaska Wildlife Troopers will be patrolling hunting areas with aircraft, boats, ATVs, and trucks. Troopers ensure hunters are complying with regulations and assist hunters in distress.
