A Flood Advisory is in effect until 4:30PM AKST Friday. Cold temperatures have caused a rapid freeze up and ice movement on Willow Creek and area tributaries. If a road is flooded, turn around and find an alternate route. Don't risk drowning by trying to cross it. Most flood fatalities occur in vehicles.
