Confidence is increasing in a mixed precipitation event which is likely to bring freezing rain to portions of the western Kenai, Anchorage, Mat-Su Valleys, and the southern Copper Basin on Sunday. 

Strong winds will also accompany a front moving into Prince William Sound. #akwx
