April is National Child Abuse Prevention month, and The Children's Place Alaska held a coloring contest for kids to enter, coloring in a pinwheel to support awareness.
The Children's Place provides a child-friendly, safe, and neutral location where law enforcement and CPS investigators conduct interviews with children who are alleged victims of crimes and receive support, crisis intervention, and referrals for treatment.

We have proudly displayed all the entries on our lobby windows, with the selected winners inside at our front office. All the kids did an excellent job, well done!
